LACE-UP SANDALS
I am all about lace-up shoes right now — they are HOT.
While this trend isn’t exactly new, it continues to pop up season after season with a new twist.
I just purchased a nude pair by Schutz in NYC last week that I can’t wait to wear and my Prabal Gurung for Target Lace-Ups are also much loved.
I am obsessed with Schutz, it is my favorite footwear brand at the moment and I always spend so much time in their cute store on Madison when I’m in New York City.
This may sound a tad embarrassing, but a big reason why I am obsessed with this style is because the laces make my feet feel secure — aka less chance of a not so graceful trip or fall.
I’m dying to wear mine with some rolled J Brand boyfriend jeans for a casual and chic look!
What do you guys think of the lace-up style?

Lol not embarrassing at all. Same reason I love booties; I need my ankles locked in place at all times when wearing heels.
